With trust falls and icebreakers in the rear view, we find ourselves taking the action of the casino floor to your corporate team building day with several exciting competitive casino games activities geared towards building trust, enhancing decision making, and perhaps turning a few into card sharks in the process.

Here’s how it all goes down at The Casino Games Challenge:

Team Poker Tournament: Think you’ve got a poker face? Time to put it to the test. Your team will break into several subdivisions and try to play the poker novice out of each other. With tusks on the table and prestige at stake team members will need to develop faux, coordinate the team, and remain calm ‘cool heads’ just like in a work project but one of lesser paperwork and more cool looking sunglasses.
Blackjack Battle: Can your team reach the total of 21 or will they bust? Compressed into a single fast-paced round of blackjack, players have to make key decisions under time pressure. Who is going for the first instinct and who is going to be over analytical for every move? And most importantly, who is gonna be the Blackjack Master in the end?
Roulette Relay: The name of the game is gambling here! This game involves all team members taking turns to place bets on the roulette wheel as they try to guess where the white ball drops. This is a fast-paced game that allows the players to engage in risk and teamwork strategy, besides who does not love the sound of the whirling wheel?
Craps Crash Course: For some of the readers who have a wild side, we shall teach them the basic procedures of the most thrilling and quick-paced dice game in Las Vegas, the game of craps. In this challenge, the team players will be interdependent on each other as they make bets and roll the dice. Such a good way of bonding as the players can be doped by the uncertainty of the dice and of life in general.
Slot Machine Showdown: This is a competition, and everyone is a contender in this unique challenge. A timer will be set as teams will vie to see who can get the highest amount of winnings on the slots. There’s no actual cash involved, but one can feel the satisfaction in winning.
