Rotterdam is a city which offers many possibilities. Because of this we can organise a wonderful tailor made program for you. The Euromast was built in 1960 by architect H.A. Maaskant in occasion of the first world flower exhibition Floriade, the world’s first and biggest flower exhibition.
The Euromast measured originally 100 meters in altitude, but at the end of the sixties it lost its highest position to other high-rise buildings in Rotterdam. A new tower was placed on top in 1970 raising the Euromast to 185 meters, making it the highest observatory tower of the Netherlands.
The Euromast had a complete makeover by famous in-house designer Jan des Bouvrie in 2004. The complete overhaul resulted, amongst other improvements, in the addition of two exclusive suites with breathtaking views of metropolis Rotterdam.
There is plenty to see and do at the Euromast. The three panorama platforms are open for a spectacular view of Rotterdam centre, the port area and nearby cities. You can take the panorama lift the Euroscope to the top at 185 meters. In the brasserie you can order anything from a coffee and cake to a culinary five course dinner. Every season you can also taste new dishes on the menu.
Rotterdam after dark with its tenthousand lights is the ultimate romantic setting for your dinner.
Lunch
A roll, a salad or another delicacy: no doubt your lunch on the Euromast will be a real treat. And when you’re finished eating the fun isn’t over yet: the prices on the Euromast are considerably lower than you’d expect and the menu changes regularly.
