FITs, groups and MICE to Hong Kong
In 1997 from the hundred year old British Rule, Hong Kong still thrives, pulses and grows. Bright lights, high skyscrapers, busy street markets, where hard-working people find their way through the bustling streets, all define this amazing city.
Rather overwhelming you with its energy, Hong Kong is fantastic for events and incentives. Here you can visit the Peak, travel by Ferry or tram, go to the races, spend time at the beach and practice Tai Chi. The islands surrounding Hong Kong are wonderful to visit. Some are less than an hour’s travel.
At Crown DMC Hong Kong, we would be delighted to put together the perfect proposal for you and your clients.
Visit the fishing village of Aberdeen
Fishing Village of Aberdeen is not far from the hustle and bustle of the heart of Hong Kong , but seems like light-years away from it all , at first look . Here you see rows of rows of theold-fashioned junks and sampans , some house boats where the fishermen and their families still live , (at least for some 9 months of the year) all going on their daily routines , which now include mobile phones and satellite dishes’.
It is a very picturesque scene , with the unexpected touch of modernity right and left . The high-rises framing the harbor and the ultra-modern yachts moored not far away complete picture of contrasts . Aberdeen Fishing Village and the Aberdeen Harbor are a feast for photographers and very much worth a look , You can get a sense for what things were like long ago and how modern life is catching up to the old traditions , which stubbornly co-exist with contemporary amenity
Repulse Bay, located in the southern part of Hong Kong Island, is the most spectacular bay in the region. Its name comes from a 19th century battle in which the British army repulsed attacking pirates. Today, the place is a luxurious residential area for dining, relaxation, and aquatic activities . The beaches stretche’s along with clear azure blue water gently lapping the seashore. Its sand is golden and soft. With water temperatures ranging from 16ºC (60.8ºF) to 26ºC (80.6ºF) years round, it is a Mecca for locals and visitors alike to escape the heat.
Stanley Market for shopping
