Why Spain is such a great destination

Once one of the most powerful countries in the world, Spain is a country of a great possibilities. We have  rugged mountains,  gentle rolling hills, red dusted stark landscapes, blue sea and warm sunshine for most of the year.

In Southern Spain you can find the stunning Moorish architecture in cities like Cordoba, Granada and Seville, where life virtually takes place outside.  When you meander north you come to the stately capital of Spain, Madrid, a paradise for art and archtitecture lovers, with the most amazing museums and grand boulevards.  And then there is Barcelona, the city for great incentives and events. It has a lovely harbor area, a great beach and beautiful architecture.

Food is Spain is fantastic, seafood, tapas, great wines…. and a Mediterranean style of living, and great flight connections. We’re famous for the Spanish Flamenco, which we can of course incorporate in your events. At MT Global, DMC Spain, we hope to welcome to you our country.

Barcelona program idea

by DMC Spain

Barcelona is a Mediterranean and cosmopolitan city with Roman remains, medieval quarters and the most beautiful examples of 20th centure Modernim and avant-garde.

Strolling around the streets of Barcelona will bring surprises at every turn.

Barcelona, progressive and modern, is one the most dynamic and stylish cities in the world. It has a very European character, but yet also Mediterranean in both climate and atmosphere.

Architecture and art are represented by the work of eccentric geniuses like Gaudí, Miró and Picasso – and they will amaze you. Though the city’s palm tree-lined streets may seem languid, there’s activity aplenty as Barcelona races to keep up with other major cities in Europe.

The 21st-century Barcelona is a place to have fun and relax, never before have there been so many good restaurants, hotels, nightclubs, and new attractions.

Moreover, Barcelona is today Europe’s most popular destination for corporate events and conferences. You will find the most superb state-of-the-art hotels, ranging from impressive American style skyscrapers to tiny, local properties rich in modern design.

The city also offers an endless selection of unusual banqueting venues such as royal palaces, ancient castles, gothic churches, opera houses, stately homes and wine cellars, all of them providing the perfect setting for any special evening.

To conclude, Barcelona is a city that is inconceivable until you get there, unbelievable while you walk its streets and unforgettable after you’ve gone. At MT Global, DMC Spain, we recommend a visit to Barcelona – you simply must come and visit if you have never been and come back if you have.

Cavas Codorniu Visit with Lunch
Codorníu is synonymous to the history of a family of wine growers which goes back to the XVIcentury.

It is the oldest family business in Spain and one of the oldest in the world. It now has 450 years of history behind it.

It was declared a Historical Artistic Monument in 1976 and constitutes one of the most impressive examples of architecture at the service of cava making andcellaring.
For many years now it has applied sustainable wine growing practices,in other words, allowing nature to runits course and only interveningwhen there are imbalances. Valencia program idea

by DMC Spain

past, dating to the year 138 BC, with the most innovative and avant-garde buildings from the new millennium.

Valencia is trade and culture, cinema, theatre, museums, magic, business. It is the centre of international and avant-garde design, and one of the most active cities in Europe regarding fairs and conferences.

Thanks to its location, Valencia has historically been Spain’s Mediterranean port and has that special charm of cities that are also seaports. And the fine sand and clean water, the vastness of the sea and the closeness of the coastal mountains make the Valencian coast uniquely attractive.

There are outstanding beaches and dunes at Canet d’En Berenguer, where the coastline becomes leisurely and residential, as it does to the north of the Valencian capital, where small tourist town (La Pobla de Farnals, Alboraya, and El Puig) have emerged where only a few years ago fruit and vegetables were grown.

In addition, still within the city of Valencia, the beaches of La Malvarrosa and Levante offer a wide variety of places to dine and enjoy a quiet evening by the sea.

To the south, nature becomes predominant at Saler Beach and in the L’Albufera Nature Reserve, where the sun can be enjoyed in unique surroundings.

Valencia Half Day City Tour
Valencia’s Highlights, once you smell the orange blossoms or ‘azahar’, you’ll feel the exotic heartbeat of Valencia, as I did 14 years ago.

If you want to become part Valenciano by the end of your day, then come with me- I’ve been converted myself!

Spain’s 3rd largest city, Valencia is still quaint enough to be under-discovered yet cosmopolitan enough to feel chic in a city sought after for over 2000 years.

You will learn of all the historical musts in a fun and interactive way and I’ll demonstrate for you how just in Valencia, you can get an overview of Spain’s entire history and culture in general right here!

At MT Global, DMC Spain, we recommend a visit to Valencia and the south of Spain. We have an office in Malaga.
