Armenia is one of the oldest countries of the world and borders with Turkey and Georgia. Armenia is the cradle of Christianity. Armenia’s landscape is simply stunning, it has beautiful Lake Sevan, with its turquoise waters, caves, summer villages, like Diljian, monasteries, christian monuments dotted all over, and the country is very mountainous, a highlight is being Mount Ararat.
Armenian cuisine is fabulous. There are a rich array of spices that are used to prepare food, but the Armenians have more than 300 herbs to prepare food. They take a lot of tender loving care to prepare.
Armenian people are very welcoming and like us, would extend a very warm welcome to you and your clients

One of the oldest cities of the world, our city is famous as a pink city and calls visitors with its humble and at the same time splendid landscapes.

There is a place from where you could overlook the brief summary of the tour – 572-step Cascade Monument, which serves as the main symbol of the city’s 2780th anniversary and a panoramic view from the monument with breathtaking city view with Opera House, Mount Ararat, Swan Lake, Republic Square, and Abovyan Avenue, which you will also walk by during the tour.
Your tour will be an amazing City tour. You will have an opportunity to see the most important places and buildings including Republic Square, State University, Parliament, Palace of President, Academy of Sciences and Opera house. “Mayr – Hayastan” (panoramic view ) Yerevan Echmiadzin Zvartnoc.

It is named after Mesrop Mashtots, the inventor of the Armenian alphabet, whose statue stands in front of the building. “Armenian letter art and its cultural expressions” have been inscribed in the UNESCO Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
Then, we will continue by visiting famous Ararat Brandy Factory – is the leading enterprise of Armenia for the production of alcoholic beverages. Its main brand name is Ararat. Travel highlights Armenia
by Grata DMC Armenia
There are many highlights in Armenia. Armenia sits right at the crossroads of culture, history, and religion of Asia and Europe.
Our country is stunningly beautiful with its green hills and mountains and ancient history.
Armenia has lakes, mineral water springs and spa resorts, but also a rich culture.
Armenia has everything you could put on your wish list – rich culture, amazing architecture, vibrant music, delicious cuisine and sweeping landscapes.
Ararat Brandy Factory
Ararat Brandy Factory – is the leading enterprise of Armenia for the production of alcoholic beverages. Its main brand name is Ararat. Walk around the ageing cellar and see how the brandy spirits are preserved, know who have nominal barrels and enjoy the delicate aroma of the cellar.
What is Armenian than our Ararat brandy?
Pass a pleasant and memorable time in the tasting hall enjoying the delicious Armenian brandy. Name of Ararat carried out Biblical Mount Ararat name where Noah’s Arch landed.
Matenadaran
“Matenadaran” – research institute, museum, and repository of ancient manuscripts collections in the world.
It is named after Mesrop Mashtots, the inventor of the Armenian alphabet, whose statue stands in front of the building. “Armenian letter art and its cultural expressions” have been inscribed in the UNESCO Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
Zvartnots
Zvartnots was added to the UNESCO World Heritage list in 2000. Continue tour to Etchmiadzin town – the residence of the Supreme Catholicos of all Armenians and the center of the Armenian Apostolic Church. Etchmiadzin means “The Descent of the Only Begotten Son and is one of the ancient capitals of Armenia.
Etchmiadzin Cathedral – the oldest state-built church in the world. According to the legend, Jesus Christ descended from heaven and indicated the spot for a church to be built. The construction of the church began in 301, the year when Armenia became the first state in the world to adopt Christianity as a state religion. Along with several important early medieval churches located nearby, the cathedral was listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2000.
Cave monastery of Geghard
The spear, with which the roman soldier killed Jesus Christ, was kept here and hence the name of the monastery was taken (Geghard means Holy Spear). This prominent work of architecture, partially carved in the rock, is listed in the UNESCO world heritage list.
Temple of Garni
pagan Temple of Garni (1st c. A.D.), which is a vivid example of Hellenistic culture on the territory of Armenia. Here the ruins of a bath (3rd cent) and a palace (2nd cent. B.C.) can be seen. Garni is located on a deep canyon of Azat river.
The Temple of Garni is unusual for Armenia in that it is an Ionic pagan temple with Greco-Roman colonnades. It was built in the 1st century AD; though it collapsed during a 17th century earthquake, it was painstakingly restored in the early 1970s.
Monastery of Khor Virap
The monastery of Khor Virap is worth a visit. Morning’s the best time to be able to catch a glimpse of distant Mount Ararat over the border. The views from this spectacular monastery are first rate but head inside and descend the steps to see its well too.
Noravank
Noravank monastery. Hidden away up a canyon, this monastery occupies a setting even more dramatic. Climb to the second floor of the church for incredible views back along the valley.
