Jeep tour to Corcovado Convertible jeeps are the vehicle for a tour in Rio moreover if you are heading to Corcovado and Tijuca Forest. As vehicles drive through the traffic, new sights and details come to view.

Going up the road to the Corcovado one see birds, perchance a sloth nibbling the silver Embaúba leaves, imposing trees and flowers. See the statue of Christ the Redeemer – one of the New 7 Wonders of the World is fantastic – there is no limit to as far as you can see.

Afterwards, a ride through a narrow forest road, entering the Tijuca National Park – the largest urban forest in the world. The Cascatinha Taunay (waterfall) is the meeting point.

Rio’s Carnival has been compared to a street opera but this would be oversimplifying an event that has no similar in the world, be it in cultural importance, be it in size and number of people involved.

Carnival is the most important cultural event of the country. One of Rio’s traditional samba schools, will give you a glimpse of how the parade is organized, its many components and level of detail. A project that is renewed every year!

For you to enjoy this visit to the fullest, Unidos da Tijuca opens its “barracão”/freely translated as big workshop to visitors to see the choreography, the floats and a sample of the thrill of taking part in the parade!

You are welcome to explore the creativity of the costumes, while school members, the porta-bandeira (flag bearer) and her escort the mestre-sala swirl to the beat of the school orchestra.

The drums roll, colors and lights add a touch of fantasy to the dancers and the show in on!.
Founded in 1931, it is the 3rd most important samba school in Rio and its members work for the preservation of Brazilian folklore – the samba.

Playing the samba school instruments is simple, but the challenge is to make it an orchestra that will invite everybody want to dance!

Since I have been a little child I always wanted to work in travel, a passion that runs in the family.
So my study-choice was obvious: Tourism and Event Management, which I studied in Portugal.

After graduating I started working in the tourism industry. My career began in the incentive outbound business in Portugal.
After a few years, I moved to Brazil and joined Walpax – , where I found my true passion.
I find joy in showcasing the best that Brazil has to offer, a country I have adopted as my own. I now have my own company BE Brazil.

Each project is a challenge and accomplishing a smile on a happy client’s face is my ultimate goal!
