Lunch at Geranium in the Inspiration Kitchen

The restaurant is situated on the 8th floor in Common Gardens in the center of Copenhagen, from where you can follow the seasons’ journey through the tree crowns, catch glimpses of the city’s green copper roofs and just see the windmills of Oeresund . The location emphasizes Geranium’s vision of gastronomic clarity and diversity. Geranium explores the area of tension between the urbane and the natural. The Inspiration Kitchen is a beautiful, creative and light dining room with an open kitchen & wine cellar. The room is ideal for exclusive private dining, anniversaries, meetings and other private events. Geranium is awarded with three Michelin stars.

Born in Quebec, but having spent most of her life in Copenhagen, Nathalie has a communicative passion for her green city where cycling is the order of the day and nature just three pedal strokes away!
After graduating from HEC Montréal, a student exchange program brought her to Denmark, and it was love at first sight! Under the charm of this western part of the Baltic, she is now familiar with all its nooks and crannies and its little secrets.

Focused on Denmark and Sweden, Nathalie is specialized in incentives, study tours, conferences, product launches and luxury travel for individuals or upscale small groups . In 2021, she joined the CObalt team alongside Olivier & Nicolas.
